Because each product is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.
If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. For packages lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected product where applicable.
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will arrange an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Please contact us before returning any product. Products sent back without prior authorization may not qualify for a refund or replacement.
